Summer time is upon us, so you know what that means! Fun in the sun, people roaming the streets in wonderfully skimpy clothing, and more “Summer Reads” recommendations than you know what to do with. Publishers will save certain books to release just at the beginning of summer and market the heck of out them as “Summer Reads.” But what is a summer read, anyway? How is it any different than a fall, spring, or winter read? Aren’t awesome books still awesome books any time of the year?

Books you’d read at the beach
Books you wouldn’t read at the beach.
