The Dream Jumper’s Pursuit (Dream Jumper Series Book 3)

Jamey’s ex-wife has just called to let him know that her son, Wyatt, has been abducted by his non-custodial father. She knows that Jamey and his wife, Tina, use their unique psychic skills to find missing children. They are able to tap into the dreams of the people involved in order to find out what the abductor plans to do next. So, the newlywed couple and their infant fly in from Maui to Seattle to start working on the case. What started out as a simple case of abduction becomes a case dealing with insanity, crossing several countries, and even uncovering the biggest secret of Jamey’s life.

The tension in this story was incredible! The characters were very real with credible emotions throughout this suspenseful novel. The scenery of each place is aptly described so that it is easy to imagine in one mind’s eye. The background information might have been a little more fleshed out, as some loose ends seemed to be left hanging. The story dragged a bit in a few places, but for the most part, this is a real page-turner. It is wonderful to see how Annie evolves from a rather flat character to a fully developed character with heart. There were several plot twists that can’t be anticipated and it makes for some nice surprises later in the story. This is the third book in a series, but works well as a stand-alone.
