Kaley Kalua’s best friend, Emma, is getting married! Kaley could not be more excited for her friend. However, when Emma arrives at Aloha Lagoon for her pre-wedding celebrations, she brings Kaley’s cheating ex-husband, Bryan, his former mistress, and his new pom-pom girlfriend along with her. Things go from bad to worse when Bryan’s girlfriend is found dead, buried on the beach, along with Kaley’s handbag! Kaley needs to find out who the killer is ASAP! However, the suspect list keeps climbing higher and higher.  Can Kaley solve the crime in time for Emma’s wedding?

This is an insane, madcap whodunit style mystery!  Kaley is a smart amateur sleuth, with some serious detecting skills. The author will keep you guessing all the way until the bitter end, tossing in a few twists along the way to keep readers on their toes. The zany characters provide sharp, quick, and witty dialogue, which keeps the pace flowing at a fast clip. There’s never a dull moment in this novel, which is packed with action and suspense from start to finish.  While this story is part of a long-running series, this book can be read as a standalone.  However, one will probably want to read the previous installments after seeing how awesome this one is.  Overall, this is an outstanding and super fun cozy mystery anyone can enjoy!
