Sohpia Summers’ “Resisting Dylan” will have readers cheering for the relationship between Dylan and Kate. The story is paced well, with faith and God woven throughout the book in subtle and easy ways which helps the reader to understand the depth of faith the main characters possess, and helps Dylan and Kate make hard decisions and battle through the trials they face. The topic of faith melds well with the story yet is not its main focus. Dylan’s relationship with his family and the relationships that Kate creates with Dylan’s family—including his horse—will charm readers, who will find themselves smitten with Dylan and rooting for Kate. Sophia Summers has created a romance readers will find joy and delight in!
