“Second Look” is a fast paced, edge of your seats, romantic suspense novel that will leave readers breathless! Ms. Bellon has created a well thought out terror plot that thrusts Nate and Abby together. While their attraction grows the more time they spend together, they also have a very real relationship that will have readers rooting for not just their survival as individuals, but also as a couple. Nate is a stand-up guy that is easy to fall for, and Abby is headstrong with just the right amount of sass. All of the side characters help create a fuller and richer experience. A few moments in the book feel rushed, as it seems there is more story than words. By the end of the book, readers will indeed want more!

Mr. Wright has an energetic voice that keeps the pacing of the story moving. He has great characterizations of the two main characters. Through his tone and pitch, he’s able to give each one their own personality and charm, truly making them come to life! During the emotional scenes, it is easy to get lost in the moment because his connection to the book is strong. Overall, he is an absolutely fantastic narrator for this book and has created the perfect ambiance to suck readers in.

This is a great book for lovers of thrillers and fast paced romance!
