FANTASY:  Cethland Mer'Morellis is a freelance Allanorian mercenary sent by the high regent, Ratief Laklan to find a woman believed to be his daughter.  However, the truth is that the regent hunts her for his own purpose. Ceth soon discovers the lie and rescues her before another mercenary kidnaps her. Anea Fieblekorn is caught in the middle and unsure of why - but the one thing she does know is that some strange fate has brought them together. Meanwhile, an evil Nongéva Druid has summoned a creature with dark mage'ic and the only hope for all of Allanoria may be more than Anea and Ceth are prepared for.

The mystery and adventure of "The Tears of San'Ferath" begins early, capturing the reader's attention with a weave of magical fantasy, a feisty heroine and a steadfast hero. The villains add a very dark element while the alluring backstory adds a good versus evil balance and creates the basis for the challenges faced by the many characters throughout the story. Towards the end the strength of the main characters begins to wane and is not quite as captivating as the beginning, leaving the reader somewhat let down.  The triumph over evil, dragons, demons and so many of this fantasy's enchanting qualities, however, more than make up for it.
