Must Love More Kilts (Must Love #4)

TIME TRAVEL:  After accidentally traveling back in time with her older sister, Fiona Campbell finds herself in the arms of a beautiful Highlander. They have an instant attraction and Duncan is pretty much everything she could ever want--handsome, strong, and confident. Things are going well until their wedding night. 

Just as Duncan and Fiona are about to consummate their marriage, she notices a scar across his chest. The scar that marks the man destined to kill her ancestor, as the Campbell Family Legend goes. To make matters worse, she is destined to stop him. Uncertainty bearing down on her, Fiona bolts from their room and Duncan is left confused and wondering if he’s allowed his heart to be broken again. Could fate really be so cruel? 

This time travel romance has a plot that will have readers turning pages for hours! The hero and heroine are in such a complex and twisted situation, one cannot help but read on to figure out what happens. The author is also very skilled in writing sex scenes. Not only are they take-a-deep-breath hot but they have a purpose in the story — to further highlight the relationship and to distinguish between making love vs. pointless sex. For the reader, there were a few downfalls. The author sometimes elaborates when it is not needed, then fails to explain when it is. Fiona is difficult to connect with sometimes and doesn’t come to life as the other characters do. Still, "Must Love More Kilts" is a romance the reader would not mind turning into a time loop.
