“Living The Dream” throws readers right into the action from the first page. There are some fast-paced battles that really pull the reader into the action. Larynn Ford has written an enjoyable series, however, readers who start off with this book may have some questions and want to refer back to previous books for an explanation. There are some grammatical errors that disrupt the pacing. The cover of this book was a little confusing as it doesn't indicate that the book is a paranormal romance. The book is a promising addition to the series. Characterization is vast and there are a lot of different factions and details to follow. Readers will enjoy this book and being pulled into the world created by the author.
