Gwendolyn Mallory has accepted a position with Prada in their Manhattan location. She’s adding to the executive team with her PR know-how. She needs this job because her husband left her with the house and the mortgage payment. Gwen has a long daily commute, but she is determined to make it all work. Andrew Morgan is her officemate, when he’s not working in the Milan, Italy offices. Gwen is taken off guard by Andrew’s drop-dead gorgeous body and looks. Model material for sure, but she is determined to keep it professional, especially since Andrew is a widower who still wears his wedding band. They both have losses they’ve overcome and both are very loyal to Prada and enjoy the lifestyle that the fashion industry brings. With outside distractions and long work schedules, can Gwen and Andrew keep things professional?

“Must Love Fashion,” the first of “The Darling Cove” series, will grab readers attention from the get go. Readers don't have to be fashionistas to relate to this tale, which shows the fashion industry from a different perspective. The main characters each have their pasts that still influence their present, and their scars surface to complicate matters. The super-sexy love scenes are steamy and hot…possibly a little too hot for the lack of romance and connection other than great sex. Readers may want more depth and detail going into building an emotional relationship. Overall, a fun contemporary story, with wonderful supporting characters that readers will want to return to for more installments in this series.
