We’ve all done it, and you know what I'm talking about. Don't be ashamed. Just because you play with it doesn't make you a bad person. At one time or another we’re all going to get caught doing it. It's a natural thing to do and these days even our kids know that doing it is acceptable. Since everyone does it, the stigma has all but disappeared.
